Looking for something different? Every season, our trainers come up with specialty classes that expand upon your fitness routine and give you an opportunity to train in a group setting. Maybe you are ready to Commit to Be Fit, or want to strengthen your skills on weights, or improve your self defense skills. Fitness is a constantly evolving landscape, and the JCC is committed to continual engagement with your health and wellness.

Have an idea for a new class and have a few friends who want to join you? We’re in!

These classes are open to the whole community, but as always, JCC members get value pricing and a week of priority registration.
