Burn Fall 2020
BURN high-intensity interval training (HIIT) is a group training workout that alternates between intense bursts of activity and fixed periods of less-intense activity or rest for maximum fat burning. BURN classes utilize the TRX Suspension Trainer, TRX Rip Trainer, Kettlebells, and much more to ensure you’re getting the best workout possible!
FALL 2020 KICK OFF DATES
Sept 13-19 we are offering a free trial week for JCC Members to try out our Zoom class format. Contact GX@jccmilwaukee.org for access.
Two 6-week sessions:
SESSION 1 • Sept 20 – Oct 31
Theme: Recovery (nutrition, stretches, workout planner)
SESSION 2 • Nov 1 – Dec 19
Theme: Healthy Home (pantry clean out, eco-friendly cleaners, safer products)
45 minute live, online workout sessions with a trainer
- Monday 6:00 AM – Build
- Tuesday 9:30 AM – Ally Tabata
- Tuesday 5:30 PM – Gwen Tabata
- Wednesday 10:00 AM – Kira Build
- Thursday 9:00 AM – Katie or Marcela Tabata
- Saturday 8:30 AM – Jack Build
Tabata – mostly cardio focused (20/10 and 40/30/20 style intervals). Build – rest time decreases with each set (40/20, 50/10, 1 min no rest).
THE EQUIPMENT PACK
- Versa bands (mini bands)
- Exercise Ball
- Bender ball
- Set of bands for those who don’t have dumbbells
2 assessments used at the beginning of each session may include, but are not limited to: Squat hold, Planks, V-sit hold, Balance test, 1 min crunches, 1 min push-ups, 1 min squats.
LOCK IN AT THE FOUNDERS RATE THIS FALL
Fall Founders Rate for JCC Members $60 per 6 week session (new clients will pay $80/session in 2021)
Founders Rate for Community participants $120 per 6 week session (new clients will pay $140 in 2021)
- Attend any of the live Zoom classes during the week
- All classes will be recorded and available for 1 week
- Wellness Course
- Pre/post testing (step test, pushups, sit ups, etc.)
Free session for new members who join in September (over $350 value).
Register for both sessions this Fall and receive the Founders Rate + a private virtual 30-minute Personal Training session or Health Coach session (your choice).
